We recently went to East Ridge High School's production of Beauty and the Beast. It was very good. I was especially surprised with the talent of the youth who played Gaston and Lumiere. They really did a good job. In addition to the play we also enjoyed tea with Belle and her friends. The tea time was my favorite part. Gaston, the selfish and vain brute who wants to marry Belle, brought my girls a rose. He also showed them his muscles and lifted them over his head. He was so adorable and interacted so well with the kids.
Kowalskis, our local supermarket catered the event with lots of yummy sweets. And there was hot tea and real porcelain tea cups!!

What an absolutely beautiful event! It appears that they all (actors, kowalski's) did a fantastic job. What a way to make little girls feel like real princesses!
Even real, pretty china. And the little cakes look delicious.
That is a wonderful idea and kudo's to the actors for interacting with the kids.

Oh-i thought it wasn't letting me leave comments but this popped up after i logged out. I wish they did affairs like that at our local schools when the kids were small!
